Comic Relief

I am writing this post for no other reason than for comic relief. So, today I took Anna (my sweet sister-in law that has 6 kids of her own, but took 3 days out of her life to come help me) to the airport. This ends our long line of wonderful, loving, kind family that has been her with us to help before and after the babies. As I pulled into the driveway - I had two girls who had to go potty (they both did go before we left), 2 screaming babies (I did feed them before we left), and 1 sick Eva who had just filled her diaper with diarrhea (she hadn't thrown up or have diarrhea all morning). You think that was crazy... I was locked out of our house. My in-laws brought us their van a few weeks ago and I have driven it maybe twice. It only has a big single key and I didn't even think to grab both sets of keys. BUT - don't worry I finally managed to get in, the girls both made it to the bathroom without accidents, Eva got a clean diaper (did I mention that I of course didn't happen to have an extra with me in the car), and the kids didn't starve!!! WOW - if this is what the first day was like - I'm sure tomorrow will be better!!!

Like I said - our sweet Eva has the stomach flu - remember comic relief!!

Ahhhhh! Lisa, I should've thought of that when we left. You are a saint! Thanks for letting me come to visit. I have thought of you a million times since I got home and prayed for you just as many. Your family is so precious. I hope that Eva is feeling better. One day at a time sis!I'll send you the recipes tomorrow.
